The Organising Committee for the European
Snow Law Forum in Bormio would like to
announce a competition. We intend to award
a prize to the best graduation thesis
on a subject relating to the regulations
and legal problems surrounding winter
sports (circulation on the snow, facility
and installation management, insurance
problems, teaching, the regulations in
different countries etc.).
The prize aims to help heighten awareness
of the snow law in Italian universities.

or 2006-2007, provided that the thesis
has been defended by 31st July 2007, and
received a grade of no less than 105/110.

The € 2,500 prize will be awarded
to the best thesis and paid in a single

A committee comprising some of the most
illustrious Italian jurists on winter
sports will make the final decision as
to who will receive the prize. As well
as awarding the prize, the committee will
also be able to give an honourable mention
to other competition entries.
